One of our Master Black Belts will be your coach. While executing your improvement project, we will support you in different ways. We use a realistic practice case “Pizzeria Mamma Mia”, where you will be asked in your role as Green Belt to improve the pizzerias’ lagging business results. During the training you will be also motivated to define your improvement project. During the classroom sessions, the forms of work vary. In our electronic learning environment (ELO), you prepare for the classroom meetings.
